Course Description
A customised Yoga Nidra meditation session is a personalised experience, designed to address specific needs, preferences, or goals of an individual. All sessions include affirmations, breath awareness and body sensing to consciously release tension from different parts of the body, promoting a state of ease. These session allow moments of silence to internally reflect on sensations, emotions, or insights that arise during the practice and offer individuals the opportunity to share their experience and discuss any insights gained during the meditation afterwards.
